This rock quartet was formed back in 1998. Guitarist Jon Johnson and drummer Bon McBee met
in high school and began throwing down music together.

During that summer bassist Brenton Calvin
was added to complete the rhythm section. Originally nothing more than lengthy jams were written
before Element, then under a different name, was forced to put together a set to play their very
first show at the Paris Theatre.

After three years of existence and several singers, the formula was
finally completed in 2002 when Danny B. took over the vocalist position.
